Our Workshops

Imagine if we could create a Suicide-Safer community of trained people who are ABLE to recognize the signs of suicide, READY to intervene, and WILLING to assist a person with thoughts of suicide. Engage Life’s Choices (ELC) can teach you how to get a person with thoughts of suicide to agree to be safe for now and eventually start to engage in life. People who are in crisis are part of many different communities, whether they are at home, work, or play. We need to build and surround them with a safety net of interconnected trained personal throughout those communities who are capable of recognizing invitations and change the projection of the individual with thoughts of suicide.

No matter what role someone wants to play in making their community or workplace safer, we have a training program to help them to get prepared. Together, we can make a life-saving difference for those in need. All of our integrated training programs are designed to make a trained individual a combat-multiplier in the War on Suicide by fighting suicide in multiple communities at once. From the work place straight to the household and from all manners of friendship to relatives in between. This is one way to organize and make a greater impact on many fronts.

We are proud to partner with agencies, companies, schools, military Veteran services, faith groups and many other organizations nationwide. We are here to help. Engage Life’s Choices (ELC) is with you every step of the way throughout this journey to make your organization a part of a suicide-safer community. We believe that suicide is preventable and everyone 13 and up can play a life-saving role.
